The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 12-year-old Jayceon Hayes who was last seen in the 6400 block of Kansas Avenue NE.
Jayceon Hayes is described as a black male, 4’11”, 100 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, medium complexion. He was last seen wearing a grey shirt with black and red writing, blue/grey jeans, black ski mask on his head and unknown shoes.
