Jae Phillips

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 12 year-old Jae Phillips, who was last seen in the 1100 block of Mississippi Avenue SE.

Phillips is described as a black female, 5.’6” in height, 135 pounds, dark complexion, with brown eyes, black plat shoulder length hair and nose ring. She was last seen wearing a blue jeans, a blue & white shirt with letter “Kindness” in front of the shirt, and white & red tennis shoes.
