The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 48-year-old Teresa Yolanda Young who was last seen in the 1500 block of North Capitol Street, Northwest, on Friday, July 3, 2015.
The incident was reported on March 7, 2018.
Teresa Young is described as a black female, with a medium complexion, 5’3” in height, 130 pounds, short black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black short sleeve shirt, black leggings with leopard prints and white puma sneakers.
