Richard Ivanhoe Embden is described as a black male, 5’5” in height, 140 pounds, with a black/gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, light blue/navy striped shirt, blue jean jacket and black/gray sneakers. He may be in need of medication.
