James Nathaniel Napoleon

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating 45 year-old James Nathaniel Napoleon, who was last seen in the 4900 Block of Jay Street NE.

James Nathaniel Napoleon is described as a black, male, 5.’8” in height, about 200 pounds, Brown complexion, brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, grey sweat pants, white baseball cap and black Jordan shoes.
