The incident was reported to MPD on Thursday, April 23rd, 2026, following multiple efforts to locate Jamarie Conner in a separate jurisdiction prior to his most recent sighting.
Jamarie Conner is described as a black male, 5'8" in height, 120 pounds, dark brown complexion with black hair and dark brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black short sleeve shirt & black pants.
