Relisha T. Rudd

The Metropolitan Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Relisha Rudd, who was 8 years old when she was reported missing from the 1900 block of Massachusetts Avenue, SE, on March 19, 2014. However, the last confirmed sighting of Relisha Rudd was on March 1, 2014, in the 1600 block of Maryland Avenue, NE. At the time she went missing, Relisha was described as an 8-year-old black female, 4’0” in height, 70-80 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair and medium complexion. An age progression image is shown along with the photo of Relisha from 2014. The MPD and FBI are offering a combined reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the location and return of Relisha Rudd.
